Mayco’s LS Series Concrete Pumps feature an innovative Digital Control Panel (DCP). The DCP provides the pump with micro-processor regulated engine and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum efficiency when concrete pumping. It also has a digital readout that illustrates diagnostics in English or Spanish, allowing the operator to quickly see the current operating status and assist in operation.

The Digital Control Panel displays the automatic volume control switch, battery voltage status, emergency stop knob, engine fuel and shutdown circuit, engine RPM status, engine and pump hour-meter.

The DCP also provides the following alerts:

• fan belt breakage
• high engine temperature
• low engine oil pressure

The Digital Control Panel also senses the pump’s electrical status instantly pinpointing any electrical components like the accumulator dump valve, main A/main B circuit, shutdown circuit,  and the swing circuit. Additional features displayed on the panel include:

• flow control volume control circuit
• proximity switch circuit
• stroke counter
• yards per hour delivered
