Joint Widening is generally done two to three days after the initial green joint has been cut to facilitate the installation of a neoprene, hot pour or silicone sealant. As with the green blades, blade selection is very important and the 11,000 series covers most aggregates. Always use the correct thickness spacers when pairing blades.
** Periodically alternating blades maintains even wear for longer life.
