Christ Priest Named to CSDA Board

Chris Priest, national pro cutter accounts manager at MQ-Sanders Saws, was one of six new members elected to the Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association’s board at the group’s annual convention in Charlestown, S.C., Jan. 28.

The board members, who serve until 2008, join five existing members whose terms expire in 2007.

"The new board members bring fresh perspectives, solid experience and a real desire to see CSDA grow and accomplish its goals," said president Susan Hollingsworth. "I am confident they have the dedication and ability to guide CSDA in the right direction."

The CSDA Board and committees meet quarterly with the next meetings scheduled for May 4-5 in The Woodlands, Texas; Aug. 10-11 in Los Angeles; and Sarasota, Fla., Nov. 16-17. The 35th Annual CSDA Convention will be held Feb. 23-27, 2007 at The Westin Maui in Maui, Hawaii.

The Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association, based in St. Petersburg, Fla. promotes the use of professional specialty sawing and drilling contractors and their methods. It encourages members to share their ideas, needs and concerns to further enhance concrete sawing and drilling technologies.
