Long-time Multiquip president Roger Euliss was elected to the American Rental Association's Board of Directors where he will help shape the future of North America's rental industry.

Beginning February 2006 at The Rental Show, Euliss will serve as the board's Associate Member Director. Among his many responsibilities in the new position, Euliss is expected to strengthen numerous ARA programs and events, improve relationships between associate and general rental members, serve as an expert industry resource and advise on ways the association can better serve the rental industry.

Euliss joined Multiquip as a field salesman in 1981 and was named president in 2000. He has attended every ARA annual convention since 1979 and has supported and participated in numerous association activities since then.

"My approach to business is to truly partner with all those involved - customers, employees, associates, and even to some extent, competitors," he said. "A strong ARA provides the best opportunity for partnerships, and discussions, and to direct the focus toward supporting our ultimate customer."

The other newly elected ARA board members are Stan Crumbaugh, president, Beagles Rental Centers/Independence Rent-All, Independence, Mo., Chris Ruddy, branch president, Ruddy's Rental & Party Supply, North Branch, Minn., Jeff Henderson, president/CEO, Arapahoe Rental, Littleton, Colo.; David Rose, president/owner, Northwest Rental Center, Richland, Wash., and Andrew Paquette, president, Bravo Rentals/Bravo Location, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Quebec, Canada.

Each will serve 2-year terms concluding February 2008.
