Information regarding California Prop 65

The purpose of Prop 65 is to inform the public about exposure to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and/or other reproductive harm. The list, which is updated annually, includes hundreds of chemicals found in many everyday items.

Canada — Modern Slavery Report

Multiquip Inc., has prepared this report (the "Report") pursuant to the requirements of the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the "Act") for the financial year that ended March 31, 2024. This Report describes the steps taken to enhance transparency in our supply chains by outlining the steps taken during the 2023 financial year to prevent and reduce the risk that forced labour or child labour ("Modern Slavery") is used at any step of the production of goods in Canada or elsewhere, or of goods imported into Canada.
