MQ-India Inks Kuwait, Iraq Equipment Pact

Multiquip Construction Equipment Pvt. Ltd., the Mumbai, India-based distributor for Multiquip Inc., signed an exclusive dealership agreement today with Kuwait's Badar Almulla Bros. Co. WLL.
 
The company now sells most of Multiquip's extensive construction equipment line to construction professionals in Kuwait and neighboring Iraq. Badar Almulla Bros. now carries dewatering pumps, light towers, concrete placing and finishing equipment including fixed form paver screeds, trowels, and concrete and masonry-cutting tools, and MQ Power's KD Series industrial generators.

"Badar Almulla has a distinguished history of providing effective solutions to a variety of businesses and Multiquip is glad to be a partner in its future success." 

Badar Almulla Bros. was founded in 1938 dealing electrical and domestic appliances. The company has since expanded to become one of the leading business houses in the State of Kuwait with a wide range interests in trading, engineering, commercial and financial services.

The expansion into Kuwait and Iraq is part of Multiquip's rapid global development. Since the early 1990s, the company has increased its worldwide presence and now has more than 70 international dealers. In addition to Multiquip's USA headquarters, company offices are also located in Manchester, England; Laval, Canada; Puebla, Mexico; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Shanghai, China.
