Hop on one of the world's most productive ride-on trowels. Test Multiquip's smooth-running walk-behind trowels, manufactured nearby at the new MQ-Shanghai property.

Visitors to MQ-Shanghai's booth at Bauma China, Nov. 21-24 in Shanghai, can do both, as well as evaluate many of the other concrete working products that have been a staple in North America's construction industry for more than three decades.

MQ-Shanghai, the newest of California, USA-based Multiquip's overseas offices, returns to Bauma China for the third time. It is the second time in 2006 the company has displayed product in China, following ConExpo Asia in Beijing, mid-May.

At Bauma China, MQ-Shanghai booth CO6 fills a small portion of the more than 151,000 square feet (140,000 square meters) of exhibit space. Several company representatives will be there to provide local and international building professionals with application advice, product expertise and technical information, including Xiwen Shi, Multiquip's Business Manager-Asia.

In May, Multiquip opened MQ-Shanghai, a new office and manufacturing facility dedicated to supplying quality equipment to China and throughout Asia. MQ-Shanghai carries Multiquip's complete line of trowels, lighting solutions, mixers, saws and other concrete- and masonry-working products.

It also markets STOW Construction Equipment's concrete and masonry products plus saws and diamond blades from Multiquip's Sanders Saws division to contractors and builders across China and the entire continent.

Multiquip's appearance at Bauma China will further cement the company's continued global growth. Since the early 1990s, Multiquip has expanded worldwide with dealers now selling products in more than 60 countries. Offices are also located in Manchester, England; Laval, Canada; Guadalajara, Mexico; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
