     Multiquip's new and improved MB-25A portable rebar bender is designed to speed up production and increase accuracy on the job site or in the shop. The machine automatically bends rebar up to 1 inch in diameter to the desired angle.

     The MB-25A is simple to operate, practically maintenance free and comes with a host of standard features. These include a single-phase, 115-volt universal motor; push button start and stop; an electro-magnetic clutch that is close-coupled to the motor; a single control knob that selects the precise bending angle from 0 to 180 degrees. Other highlights include two built-in lifting handles and a quiet and efficient motor that runs only during bending operation. Additionally, a tool kit consisting of 5 rollers, 6 collars and a foot switch provide high production bending.

     Operators can slice through rebar safely and efficiently with nothing more than the squeeze of a trigger. Three cutters are available, two of which are compact, portable handheld units that can handle virtually any rebar cutting job from slabs and masonry walls to large buildings and bridges.

     The HBC-19 and HBC-25 rebar cutters have rated power from 9 to 12 amps and can cut rebar up to 1-inch thick. Each has a 115-volt, 60 Hz, single-phase electric motor to generate maximum cutting speeds from 3 to 9 seconds. The electro-hydraulic units weigh from 27 to 129 pounds so even overhead work requires only minimal effort.

     The lightweight HBC-25 heavy-duty unit makes quick work of rebar, cutting material up to 1-inch  in only 4.5 seconds. Move this 48-pound machine easily around the job site. The rebar cutter has a built-in hydraulic pump and uses blades manufactured from heat-treated and high-strength machine steel that can be simply rotated for prolonged use and increased service life.
