Mayco, a division of Multiquip manufactures a full line of concrete pumps that are ideal for a variety of masonry, shotcrete, block fill, slabs, footings and specialty applications.

Mayco's LS series consist of the LS300, the mid-range LS400 and LS500 and the heavy-duty LS600. All pumps feature an innovative Digital Control Panel (DCP); a digital readout that provides diagnostics in English or Spanish, allowing the operator to quickly diagnose the current status and assist in troubleshooting.

The LS300 is designed to handle the larger ¾, 1 inch and up to 1 ½ aggregate, as well as the smaller ½ minus aggregates for block fills, patio and pavement. Variable volume output is from 0-30 cubic yards per hour with concrete piston face pressure up to 800 PSI.

            The mid-range LS400 and LS500 concrete pumps are equipped with a 79hp Deutz turbo diesel engine capable of handling low cement/sand mixes of  ½ minus aggregate and up to 1 ½ aggregate. Variable volume output is from 0-40 cubic yards per hour with concrete piston face pressure of 1100 PSI.

            The heavy-duty LS600 is the ideal pump for low slump footings, tough rocky mixes, hard to reach areas, big slabs and long distance applications. This model handles low cement/sand mixes up to 1½ aggregate. It is powered by heavy-duty Deuttz 99hp diesel engine. The LS600 has a volume output is from 0 to 60 cubic yards with concrete piston face pressure of 1100 PSI.           

            Standard features on all units include hydraulic surge brakes and true reverse shuttle tube pumping for a smoother process and an exclusive full-flow shuttle-tube concrete valve for an efficient operation.

            Options for all pumps include a wireless radio remote control and air or electric vibrators for the hopper screen. Hydraulic rear outriggers are only available for the LS400, LS500 and the LS600 pumps.
