“The Multiquip WT5C water trailer is one of the most versatile items a contractor or rental operator can have in their fleet,” said Juan Quiros, director of product management, for Multiquip. “It can be deployed for dust control or equipment wash-down on construction sites, as agricultural support and for firefighting response. This WT5C features a 500 gallon polypropylene water tank and is mounted on a DOT approved double-axle trailer. Integrated baffles in the water tank reduce water movement in the tank during highway transport.

The tank is quickly filled through a 2" diameter steel pipe with the Quick Disconnect (QD) coupler or via the vented 12" diameter fill port. The hose setup is done rapidly with standard QD (cam & groove) fittings. For effective and convenient operations, the water trailer includes a high quality hose kit (Quick Disconnect 2” x 20’ suction and 2” x 50’ discharge hose). There is a convenient steel storage bin to transport hoses and accessories.

The water delivery system is powered by a trusted Multiquip QP2H centrifugal pump connected to an easy to operate manifold. The flexible suction/discharge manifold system enables the operator to switch from suction to discharge by turning a single lever. The rear spray bar operates under pressurized or gravity feed settings and can discharge water up to 100 feet.
