Bajaj Electricals Ltd. today announced an agreement with Multiquip Inc.'s India Associate Multiquip Construction Equipment Pvt Ltd., to market Multiquip's state-of-the-art light towers in India.

The deal was finalized by Shekhar Bajaj, CMD Bajaj Electricals and  Narinder Jit Singh, CMD of Multiquip India and  Middle East Division  in the presence of  Steven Spence, Multiquip Inc. USA's International Area Manager - India, Australia and New Zealand.

Under terms of the agreement, Bajaj Electricals will market Multiquip's Night Hawk light tower, GloBug lighting systems, Modular light towers with welder/generator through Bajaj's existing network. These state-of-the-art products are designed for applications throughout the construction industry, including those operators involved in road and railway projects as well as emergency response and military operations.

Multiquip's unique modular light tower design is unlike any other. These light towers double the unit's life span by utilizing a heavy-duty frame and mobile highway-quality trailer. Multiquip's gas- and diesel-powered welder/generator offer greater versatility and utilization for operators who require welding capability in addition to electrical power.
