Multiquip's new user-friendly MGX-Series concrete vibrators are lightweight handheld units with exceptional power. They're ideal for short pours, small walls and footings, offering concrete contractors a cost-effective alternative to larger, more expensive units.

Introduced at the World of Concrete in late January, the MGX-Series is offered in two models with six head sizes ranging from 0.9 inches (23 millimeters) to 1½ inches (38 millimeters) for individual application requirements. Frequencies span from 200 to 15,500 vibrations per minute.

The durable, 120-volt MGX-1 and 220-volt MGX-2 models each weigh only 6.4 pounds (2.9 kilograms). The longest vibrator head measures 9½ feet (2.9 meters) and the units come with an easy to use quick-coupling system for flexible shafts.

The MGX Series concrete vibrators incorporate double-insulated motor housing, a die cast aluminum motor case and a front-end enclosed motor design to prevent material intrusion. The units' shock absorbing rubber handle minimizes vibration and operator fatigue allowing users to run the vibrators for extended periods of time.
