Multiquip believes it important to provide updates regarding our organizational response to the challenges our industry faces due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Our top priority is assuring the health and safety of all Multiquip team members. We continue emphasizing to all the importance of following CDC guidelines for maintaining community health and the importance of social distancing to flatten the curve and reduce spreading of the virus.

Following are some of the steps we have implemented to protect and support our business partners. We will modify our approach as necessary to comply with state and local guidelines.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

We are limiting the number of personnel at our facilities to those essential for production. Shipping of parts and finished goods continues to support your business, but have suspended local customer will call to reduce the number of outside visitors to our facilities.

We continue working diligently to prevent component shortages that may affect manufacturing and delivery of products. In cases where disruptions occur, we will explore alternatives to mitigate shortages and delays.

FIELD SUPPORT

For the safety of our team members and customers alike, we have suspended customer visits and travel until further notice.  Our experienced field sales and service personnel are available to provide sales and service support. They are available to assist you over the phone, via email and can set up video conferences as required.

CUSTOMER AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Many of our support staff including, accounting, engineering, purchasing, sales, technical support and warranty are working remotely. Simply call our office using our toll-free or direct dial numbers, or use email, to reach the individual or department you need.
