Coop Request Submission Form


The Multiquip Cooperative Marketing Program (COOP) reimburses approved expenses incurred by Multiquip dealers and repair centers in the promotion of its products. Participation is open to dealers purchasing a minimum dollar value of qualifying Multiquip products during the previous calendar year, depending on your program's terms and conditions. Multiquip will reimburse up to 100% of qualifying advertising and promotional expenditures, subject to your relevant terms and conditions found at the bottom of the page. 

To submit your qualifying expenses for reimbursement, please fill out the form below with your company and contact details along with description and cost for up to 10 expenses. Additional instructions will be sent once you submit the form.
